Job Description Movar Insurance is a growing insurance agency committed to providing exceptional service to our diverse client base. Were currently seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative who is energetic, reliable, and passionate about helping people. Salary: $14.00 - $17.00 per year * Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Mon-Fri Schedule Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training * Responsibilities* * Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person * Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, and documentation * Manage and follow up on renewals, endorsements, and certificates * Maintain accurate records in our CRM system * Translate insurance-related communication for Spanish-speaking clients * Support agents with daily administrative tasks Requirements * Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Prior customer service or insurance experience preferred * Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools * Ability to work independently and in a team environment * A Property & Casualty license is required.
