About us We own 76 apartments units in Austin, TX at two properties, one mile apart. We currently have 8 apartments available for lease, and generally have six apartments available for rent during any given month. Our properties are geared towards blue collar, working class families. We have spent over $3M in property renovations, and the highest quality apartments, at the lowest cost, delivering way more value than our competition. We are currently offering a $1,000 rental credit for new Tenants who sign a lease in January, that number drops to $800 in February, and $600 in March. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone to show apartments to our pre-qualified leads. Ideally you live in North Austin, less than 10 minute drive from the properties. You are a seasoned, confident, self starting, apartment tour guide / leasing specialist with sales experience to give tours in Spanish, in North Austin, 78758, and who has worked in 100% COMMISSION ONLY sales positions before. You enjoy a challenge, you like being your own boss, you like making your own hours, and like the idea of making an additional $1,800 to $2,400 / month. Our Process We generate rental prospects online, our team pre-qualifies the lead IN HOUSE and schedules a tour time with the prospect, and puts you directly in touch with the qualified lead. Prior to your tour, you will know the qualified lead has a HIGH POTENTIAL TO SIGN A LEASE because you will know their; motivation for moving, desired move in date, number or occupants, occupation, and that they exceed our income requirements. You gather Lead proof of income, and identification information, WE SEND the LEASE to the Lead for eSign. Lead moves in, Tenant pays rent, YOU GET PAID! COMMISSION PAYMENT TERMS : If you believe the tenant will be able to pay 3 full months of rent, you can opt to get $150 at lease signing, and $250 once the Tenant has paid their 3rd full month of rent ($400 in total). OR, you can opt to receive $200 due at lease signing ($200 in total). Key Responsibilities: - Contact lead & Confirm tour time - Tour Qualified Leads in person (78753 & 78758) - Gather Prospect application, ID & supporting income verification - Explain rental deposit process - Walk Prospect though lease e-Sign if necessary. - Submit your COMMISSION INVOICE for payment to our Accounting Department. Qualifications - You have worked 100% COMMISSION ONLY sales jobs in the past. - You have apartment leasing experience close to 78753 or 78758 Austin, Texas. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish. - You have a car and a phone. - Self-motivated and able to work independently. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
