Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Mobile Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to customers in a retail environment. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, demonstrate products, and facilitate sales transactions. Your expertise in mobile technology and retail sales will help drive the success of our store. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored solutions. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Utilize basic math and retail math skills to assist customers with purchases and inquiries. * Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. * Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures. * Supervise and mentor junior staff members, fostering a collaborative team environment. * Implement upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and maximize sales opportunities. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all products are well-displayed. * Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends and product offerings. Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales or a grocery store environment is preferred. * Strong understanding of basic math and retail math principles. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. * Ability to demonstrate products effectively and engage customers in conversation. * Experience with cash handling and familiarity with POS systems is essential. * Supervisory experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities within a team setting. * A passion for mobile technology and eagerness to learn about new products.
