We hire sales representatives for a variety of industries from door to door pest control, Fiber blitzs, online insurance sales, b2b credit card processing etc. We talk with candidates and place them in the best positions for them. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a designated territory, developing relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through various channels. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships. Duties * Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. * Conduct direct sales activities, including cold calling and face-to-face meetings with potential clients. * Utilize inside sales techniques to engage with customers and promote our products/services effectively. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop strategic sales plans. * Collaborate with technical sales teams to provide customers with tailored solutions. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using appropriate software tools. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. * Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Skills * Strong territory management skills to effectively oversee assigned regions. * Proven experience in direct sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets. * Familiarity with inside and outside sales techniques, including cold calling strategies. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making processes. * Proficiency in using software tools for managing customer relationships and tracking sales performance. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
