WE'D LOVE TO SPEAK WITH YOU IF: * You have experience in a customer service sales environment * You are high-achieving, ambitious and results-orientated * You are decisive and comfortable asking for a customer's business * You have a natural ability to talk to people and find common ground to build relationships * You can assess a building's condition or able to learn * You have a genuine desire to help people improve their home * You can stay in pursuit of a goal despite obstacles and challenges * You display a high level of emotional intelligence * You're comfortable pivoting as situations change and can move the sales process forward * You want to build a career and join a growing company IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE * Representing Timberline Roofing with our potential clients and helping them through the sales and insurance process. * Identifying opportunities for relevant exterior improvements. * Building your referral network to create future business. * Investigate weather-related damage in neighborhoods and be our first point of contact with property owners. * Contact past customers to check in and talk about new opportunities to help them with their homes. * Create happy customers and receive referrals and positive reviews for Timberline Roofing. * Participate in networking and marketing events to build relationships. * Continuously grow your sales competency through professional development and training COMPENSATION * Job Type: Full-time * Hourly base Pay + Inspection bonus + Commission * Performance Bonuses QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: * Ability to work with minimal supervision after training * Upbeat positive attitude * Strong Communication skills * Comfortable with office technology, CRM software, and mobile apps * High school or equivalent (Required) * Ability to use ladders for inspections * Organized and able to follow processes Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Paid training * Professional development assistance Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Daily bonus * Performance bonus * Weekly bonus * Yearly bonus Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: Hybrid remote in Saint Paul, MN 55110
