Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee multiple office properties within our commercial real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, maintaining and enhancing property values, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans for assigned properties, including operational and capital improvement plans. Manage property financial performance developing strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses. Maintain positive relationships with tenants, responding to concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner. Work collaboratively with leasing teams to maximize occupancy and renewals. Oversee work orders, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion of work. Implement and maintain effective communication channels with tenants, owners, and vendors. Conduct routine property inspections and identify areas for improvement. Manage and train on-site staff to ensure operational excellence and outstanding customer service. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. 2+ years of experience in commercial property management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team. Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to property management. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with property management software.
