Full description of the position

Join our team! We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly. This role involves supporting day-to-day property management tasks, coordinating maintenance requests, assisting with tenant communications, and keeping administrative processes organized. If you're proactive, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! Full time position (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Responsibilities

will include: -Answering incoming property management and sales phone calls -Entering maintenance work orders, invoices, and rent checks -General office work (organizing files, data entry, etc.) -Greeting walk-in clients -Showing rental properties to prospective tenants

Requirements

: -Computer experience (Gmail, Word, etc.) -Driver's License -Car (and proof of insurance) Desired Candidate: -Upbeat, kind, and positive attitude -Social -Quick learner -Team player -Comfortable taking direction -Follow-through and diligence -Attention to detail About the workplace: This is a great opportunity if you are looking to start your career in the real estate and property management field.
