SUMMARY Responsible for the showing and leasing of apartments in accordance with regulatory agreements and Volunteers of America policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Process applications by conducting applicant interviews, obtaining 3rd verifications as necessary, calculating income/assets/medical expenses and entering data into the property management software. Confirm that software calculated rent is accurate. * Execute applicant lease documents in accordance with Volunteers of America policy and procedure. * Assists in processing recertification's and interim- recertification's. * Assists in collection and posting of resident rents and utilities. Deliver rent delinquency notices. * Maintains applicant waitlist and resident files in accordance with program regulations. Conducts semi-annual waitlist updates. * Assist in compiling program required documents for annual financial audit. * Monitoring the property and resolve minor issues and escalate more serious issues in the absence of the Community Administrator. * Collaborates with Service Coordinators to enhance resident quality of life. * Performs all other duties as assigned.
