EZ Kitchens is seeking a results-driven, experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on prospecting, closing new business, and developing long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated "hunter" who is proactive, confident, and skilled at building rapport in the field. Position Summary As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing your own pipeline, and exceeding sales targets. You will represent EZ Kitchens to homeowners, builders, and contractors across Central Nebraska, offering high-quality cabinetry solutions backed by a trusted local brand. Key Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and referrals * Conduct on-site meetings and consultations with potential clients * Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the sale * Develop strong, long-term relationships with builders, designers, and other key partners * Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and follow-up * Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals Qualifications * Minimum of 3 years of proven success in outside sales * Experience in cabinetry, home improvement, construction, or related industry preferred * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities * Confident, professional, and customer-focused * Reliable transportation required (vehicle use is expected for client visits) Compensation & Benefits * Competitive pay with opportunity for fast growth * Performance-based bonuses with no earnings cap * Paid time off and holidays * 401(k) with company match * Professional, support, and training provided * Strong, values-driven company culture Ready to take your sales career to the next level with a reputable and growing company?
