As an Inside Sales Representative at Loves, you help create the energy and excitement about Loves offerings in the trucking industry and partner with internal departments to create a complete experience for our customers. Loves is dedicated to delivering a best-in-class customer experience thats unlike any other in our industry, and you will be a crucial part in continuing to build our customer base and help business across the nation to experience the Loves way. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES : Contact prospect clients by phone through provided leads in order to generate sales. Obtain client interest by delivering an effective sales presentation of Loves financial products, pricing, benefits and bundling of products. Sustain a pipeline of suitable clients and move prospects through the sales process quickly and efficiently through closing stages. Work with Sales Supervisor to structure new business solutions benefiting the prospective client and Loves. Work hand-in-hand with Operations in order to provide the best-in-class on- boarding experience for new clients. Assist with and attend first implementation meeting for all new clients. Participate in ongoing weekly team meetings and sales training to continue to enhance product knowledge. Maintain knowledge of Loves products and services. Perform other duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Education: High School degree required; Bachelors degree preferred Experience: 1-5 years experience in call center or telemarketing environment. Bilingual in Spanish. SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Skills: Knowledge of all of our offerings and/or trucking industry a plus. Extremely well organized with attention to detail. Excellent verbal presentation and phone skills; ability to handle heavy call volumes. Sales and negotiation skills; specifically persistent, results driven, motivated, and ability to handle rejection. Computer literacy a must in maintaining CRM sales database and heavy use of Microsoft Office products. Typical Physical Demands: Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping . Occasional lifting, up to 25 pounds. Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
