Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. * Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing. * Conduct test drives and assist customers in evaluating vehicles. * Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of inventory and manage stock levels efficiently. * Collaborate with the sales support team to facilitate smooth transactions. * Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to adjust sales strategies accordingly. * Follow up with potential customers through outbound sales efforts to nurture leads. * Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures.
