Published April 30, 2025 Location Milwaukee, United States Job Type Contract Description One of Milwaukee's premier Commercial Real Estate/Property Management companies is adding a Property Manager to their team. This person will be managing commercial buildings in the greater Milwaukee area. Responsibilities include: * Manage all aspects of assigned properties. * Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants and vendors. * Lead tenant and capital improvement projects. * Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet company standards. * Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants. * Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses. * Develop and manage annual budgets for forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends. * Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance. Previous commercial property management experience is required, along with fully understanding the financial aspects of property management and in-depth knowledge compliance standards. Experience with mechanical systems and building structure knowledge. Strong client focused mindset, interpersonal savvy with exceptional communication and presentation skills. 4+ years' commercial property management experience, bachelor's degree is preferred.
