Job Description: As a Leasing Agent, you will be the face of our company, responsible for assisting prospective tenants in finding their ideal rental property. Your exceptional customer service skills and enthusiasm for helping people will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to all prospective tenants, guiding them through the leasing process with professionalism and enthusiasm. Property Tours: Conduct property tours, showcasing available units, amenities, and answering any questions potential tenants may have. Lease Negotiation: Assist in lease negotiations and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Marketing: Contribute to marketing efforts by promoting available properties through various channels, including online listings and social media. Tenant Relations: Foster positive tenant relations and address inquiries and concerns promptly. Lease Renewals: Assist in lease renewal processes and maintain a high lease renewal rate. Market Research: Stay updated on local rental market trends and competitors' offerings. Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
