We're looking for a motivated, disciplined, and results-driven Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our expanding team. What You 'll Be Doing Prospecting & Outreach - Identify key target accounts, engage decision- makers, and uncover business opportunities through high-level conversations. High-Volume Lead Generation - Meet weekly quotas of cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods to generate and qualify leads. Lead Qualification - Ask the right questions, actively listen, and determine whether a prospect is a fit before passing them to the sales team. Clear Sales Messaging - Communicate CRM's value proposition and competitive advantage effectively. Sales Tech & Organization - Utilize Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Zenople, Slack, and Teams to track progress, manage outreach, and ensure seamless lead handoffs. Collaboration - Work closely with the Sales & Recruiting team to refine strategies and improve efficiency.
