Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will leverage your sales expertise to analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive revenue growth. Duties * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. * Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs and competitive landscape. * Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize account potential and increase overall sales volume. * Manage assigned territory effectively, ensuring coverage of all key accounts and prospects. * Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to closing deals. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service. * Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and expand professional network. Experience * Proven experience in technical sales or outside sales roles is preferred. * Strong understanding of territory management principles and effective sales strategies. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * Demonstrated ability in analyzing market trends and adapting strategies accordingly. * Experience in upselling products or services is advantageous. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to achieve sales targets are essential.
