We specialize in asphalt paving, repairs, sealcoating, and striping services across the tri-state area. Known for our quality work and quick response times, we're looking to expand our Sales Team in the Evansville, IN market--and we need a motivated Outside Sales Rep to help us do it.

Position Summary

: We're seeking a driven and outgoing Outside Sales Representative to generate leads, build client relationships, and close sales for asphalt services. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on networking, hitting goals, and earning commissions. What You 'll Do:

• Prospect and develop new commercial and residential leads
• Conduct site visits and assessments
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Present proposals and close sales
• Follow up on quotes and client communication
• Collaborate with our project management team for smooth job execution What We Offer:

Requirements

:

• Proven sales experience (outside sales preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of construction or asphalt industry a plus, but not required
