Project Director - (Estimating & Business Development) Denver, CO Industry: Property Damage Restoration $90,000 - $130,000 base salary + commission The Project Director plays a critical dual role in business development and project estimating. This individual will be responsible for generating new commercial opportunities, building long-term relationships, and producing accurate, detailed estimates for restoration projects. Our client is a well established, financially secure and fast-growing restoration contractor specializing in property damage restoration due to water, fire, storm, and other disasters. With a strong reputation for excellence and responsiveness, they are expanding their team and seeking a dynamic Project Director to drive new business and lead estimating efforts on property damage restoration projects.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Drive business development efforts with a focus on commercial clients; grow and maintain a strong book of business
• Conduct thorough site visits and damage assessments
• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate and Symbility
• Estimate all aspects of the project including mitigation, rebuild and roofing when applicable.
• Represent the company with professionalism and confidence in client meetings, networking events, and industry functions

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in the property damage restoration industry, in a sales/estimating role
• Existing relationships and commercial book of business are highly desirable
• Strong proficiency in Xactimate (required); familiarity with Symbility is a plus
• Solid experience estimating rebuild and mitigation scopes ; roofing estimating experience is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and team-oriented mindset INDL Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
