Project Director - (Estimating & Business Development) Denver, CO Industry: Property Damage Restoration $90,000 - $130,000 base salary + commission The Project Director plays a critical dual role in business development and project estimating. This individual will be responsible for generating new commercial opportunities, building long-term relationships, and producing accurate, detailed estimates for restoration projects. Our client is a well established, financially secure and fast-growing restoration contractor specializing in property damage restoration due to water, fire, storm, and other disasters. With a strong reputation for excellence and responsiveness, they are expanding their team and seeking a dynamic Project Director to drive new business and lead estimating efforts on property damage restoration projects. Key Responsibilities: * Drive business development efforts with a focus on commercial clients; grow and maintain a strong book of business * Conduct thorough site visits and damage assessments * Prepare detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate and Symbility * Estimate all aspects of the project including mitigation, rebuild and roofing when applicable. * Represent the company with professionalism and confidence in client meetings, networking events, and industry functions Qualifications: * Proven experience in the property damage restoration industry, in a sales/estimating role * Existing relationships and commercial book of business are highly desirable * Strong proficiency in Xactimate (required); familiarity with Symbility is a plus * Solid experience estimating rebuild and mitigation scopes ; roofing estimating experience is a plus * Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills * Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and team-oriented mindset INDL Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Application Question(s): * Please briefly describe your experience / involvement with restoration sales / business development and who your target clients are.
