Responsibilities: * Promoting and selling our premier vacation packages to guests at Bass Pro Shops * Engage with potential customers to identify their vacation needs and preferences * Deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our vacation packages * Offer concierge services by recommending dining options and attractions, while promoting Hilton Grand Vacations through attractive discounted vacation packages to our destinations * Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure exceptional customer service * Effectively implement Hilton Grand Vacations' sales techniques to achieve sales targets * Collaborate with team members to share effective processes and foster collective success Compensation/Benefits: * Guaranteed hourly base + uncapped commission (Average reps earn $50-80k annually) * Affordable benefits packages starting first day of employment * Training is provided by top leaders in the industry * Career growth and development advancement * Work/life balance What Are we Looking For: * Qualified candidates should have a passion for interacting with guests and a strong desire for career advancement * A dedication to providing world-class customer service is crucial * Previous sales experience is preferred * Effective communication and collaboration skills are necessary * Candidates must be self-motivated and possess a driven spirit * Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-oriented work environment is required * Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills are essential * Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is needed * A minimum of one year of experience in hospitality and/or customer service is required * Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required * A High School Diploma or equivalent experience * Ability to work on-site at Bass Pro Shops Hilton Grand Vacations develops, markets, and operates a system of brand-name, high-quality vacation ownership resorts in highly desirable vacation destinations.
