: $200K+ (Base + Commission + Bonuses)

This is a sales-focused role with a design twist--perfect for someone who can both close high-value kitchen and bath remodels and guide homeowners through the design and material selection process. We're looking for a driven, fast-paced, and influential individual, with the discipline to manage your own pipeline and hit your goals.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home consultations and close kitchen & bath remodeling sales
• Create functional, beautiful designs using software like 2020 or SketchUp
• Assist customers in our showroom with layout and material selections
• Attend home shows, community events, and other lead-gen opportunities
• Manage your own sales pipeline and follow up with leads using our CRM
• Collaborate with the install and production teams for seamless execution
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets What We 're Looking For
• 3+ years of kitchen and bath design experience
• Proven in-home sales success with high-ticket items
• Proficiency in design software (2020, SketchUp, or similar)
• Excellent communicator with a passion for helping homeowners
• Comfortable using CRM software and mobile apps to stay organized and efficient
• Strong note-taking skills and attention to detail
• Confident handling objections and guiding clients through tough decisions
• Understands the power of follow-up--because the fortune is in the follow-up
• Independent, driven, and organized with a strong closing instinct
