Job Title: Full-Time Store Associate Company: CBD Plus USA Location: 830 US-321 #400, Lenoir City, TN 37771 Salary: $13.50 CBD Plus USA is a leading retail company specializing in CBD and cannabis products. With over 150 locations nationwide, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service to our valued customers. We are currently seeking a full-time store associate for our Lenoir City location!

Responsibilities

:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting and educating customers about CBD and cannabis products, their benefits, and usage.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all products, including CBD oils, topicals, edibles, and more, in order to effectively answer customer inquiries and make recommendations based on their needs.
• Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences, offer personalized recommendations, and upsell products when appropriate.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise, as well as monitoring product expiration dates and ensuring shelves are well-stocked and organized.
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately to process sales transactions, handle cash and credit card payments, and issue receipts to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including product displays, shelves, and sales floor areas.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and legal regulations surrounding CBD and cannabis to provide accurate and reliable information to customers.
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

Requirements

:

• Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for providing an exceptional shopping experience.
• A deep interest and understanding of CBD and cannabis products, including their benefits, usage, and the latest industry trends.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively engage and educate customers.
• Previous sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a retail setting and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in operating a point-of-sale system.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Must be available for evening shifts and weekends.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
