Garcia Moto in Raleigh - a BMW Motorcycle, Indian Motorcycle, Ducati and KTM dealer, is looking for an energetic and positive individual to join our team of sales experts. If you are an active listener, exceptional problem solver, a salesperson at heart, and have a passion for motorcycles, you may be the perfect fit for our team! The ideal candidate will have strong closing skills, be knowledgeable about motorcycles, and have a knack for interacting with customers in a helpful manner. This position is base salary plus commission, which means you can maximize your income based on the effort you put in and earn an awesome living! Prior sales experience in at least one of the following industries is REQUIRED: motorcycle sales, recreation vehicle sales, boat sales, automobile sales. Motorcycle endorsement is needed and a passion for 2 wheels is required! Responsibilities: * Assist guests through the sales process from selection, to numbers, to financing and delivery, ensuring their purchase is enjoyable and stress free. * Commit to becoming a sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of the brands Garcia Moto represents by demonstrating industry leading features and benefits. * Sell the passion and excitement of motorcycles to our customers. * Patiently and persistently follow up on all prospects and customers, using proactive sales techniques, including email, phone calls and setting appointments. * Follow a structured, proven sales process. * Enter data into our CRM on all client information and interactions. * Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate new leads. * Make introductions to other departments to ensure cross selling of Parts and Accessories, Financing, Insurance Products and Services, Warranties, and Service Plans * Maintain the showroom and display of motorcycles in a manner appealing to our clientele. * Stay up to date with all represented brand promotions, product knowledge, company information, sales, and company-wide events, to truly become a resource to our customer base. * Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. Requirements: * Strong desire to succeed. * Prior experience in sales, working with customers and providing exceptional experience. * Strong negotiation and presentation skills. * Works well with others and helps even when not asked- teamwork. * Attention to detail, organized and punctual. * Steady work history. * Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships- a people person. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency with the Office Suite of applications, smartphone, apps, email, and social media. * Professional appearance. * Available to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and Saturdays. We are closed Sundays and Mondays * Valid U.S. Driver's license with motorcycle endorsement is required for this position. * Be able to pass pre-employment background check.
