Valhalla Management is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Community Manager/Are Manager to oversee our affordable housing community located in Slaton, TX! This position will include some travel from site to site but will also include the daily tasks of a property management office that specializes in LIHTC file compliance processing, responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Answering phones and greeting incoming guests * File, lease, and re-certification processing under LIHTC program guidelines * Rent collection and monitoring * Maintaining tenant files * Processing vendor invoices * Data entry and analysis * Property inspections * Maintenance oversight and issue resolution Qualifications include, but are not limited to: * Exemplary communication and customer service skills * Clear criminal background * Reliable transportation and clear driving history * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Appfolio experience a plus) * Self-Motivated, organized, and attentive to details * Strong time management skills and deadline recognition * Property Management experience, specifically with the LIHTC program, is a preferred.
