We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized customer service representative to support our flooring and kitchen cabinet wholesale operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and experience in customer service in the flooring or kitchen cabinetry industry. Key Responsibilities: * Handle accurate order processing, ensuring all details are correct and meet customer specifications * Maintain detailed records of transactions * Coordinate with the warehouse team to arrange and confirm delivery schedules. * Monitor delivery progress and communicate updates to customers as needed. * File accurate customer paperwork, including order forms, invoices, warehouse copy & driver copy * Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses Job Requirements: * 1-2 years of retail or distribution customer service experience preferred as well; * Kitchen cabinet sales or design using 20/20 would be a plus; * Flooring sales or customer service would be a plus as well; * The confidence and skill to communicate with the customers; * Self-motivation, positive work attitude, and are capable to work as a team.. * Be able to work weekends * Must have excellent time management skills; * Must be able to multitask; * Will train interns; Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Paid training * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Work Location: On the road
