Full description of the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized customer service representative to support our flooring and kitchen cabinet wholesale operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and experience in customer service in the flooring or kitchen cabinetry industry.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Handle accurate order processing, ensuring all details are correct and meet customer specifications
• Maintain detailed records of transactions
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to arrange and confirm delivery schedules.
• Monitor delivery progress and communicate updates to customers as needed.
• File accurate customer paperwork, including order forms, invoices, warehouse copy & driver copy
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses Job

Requirements

:

• 1-2 years of retail or distribution customer service experience preferred as well;
• Kitchen cabinet sales or design using 20/20 would be a plus;
• Flooring sales or customer service would be a plus as well;
• The confidence and skill to communicate with the customers;
• Self-motivation, positive work attitude, and are capable to work as a team..
• Be able to work weekends
• Must have excellent time management skills;
• Must be able to multitask;
• Will train interns; Job Type: Full-time
