As a Wireless Sales Associate , you'll be at the forefront of helping customers stay connected. You'll represent top wireless brands, understand their needs, and guide them toward the best plans, products, and accessories-- while also hitting sales targets and growing your skills.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner in-store or during field interactions
• Educate customers on wireless plans, devices, and promotions
• Assist with activating new service, processing upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals
• Maintain knowledge of current products and promotions
• Ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing display area
• Document customer interactions accurately in company systems
• Collaborate with team members to drive overall store or territory success

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in retail, wireless, or sales preferred but not required
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• High energy and self-motivated attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
