• Greet insurance customers in a friendly and warm manner in person and over the phone, prior to attending to their needs.
• Manage insurance appt scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming insurance inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Resolve customer inquiry on the first call by leveraging an in-depth knowledge of policy details and insurance procedures, which significantly improved the customer satisfaction score.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
• Leverage ECRM tools to track and manage client interactions effectively
• Assisting with develop new prospective customers for our insurance agency QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in cross selling sales conversations.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong customer retention/service skills.
• Proficiency in sales administration and customer service.
• Professional and friendly phone etiquette.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver exceptional service.
• ILLINOIS INSURANCE LICENSES (currently possess or able to acquire right away)
• Prior insurance agency experience
• Bilingual preferred Candidate must possess INSURANCE LICENSES, or possess the ability to acquire licenses asap for us to consider you - Please make sure you would be committed & motivated before applying! - We'll provide tools for you to get insurance licensed.
