Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain relationships with wedding planners, venues, and direct clients to generate leads and convert them into bookings. * Work closely with clients to capture their unique vision and offer creative, personalized decor solutions. * Collaborate with the design team to ensure that proposals align with client needs and enhance their overall event experience. * Stay informed about the latest trends in wedding floristry and decor to provide innovative and stylish options. * Attend bridal shows and networking events to maintain a strong industry presence and promote our services. * Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through contract signing, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable client journey. * Contribute to the development of sales strategies and continually explore new approaches to attract and engage clients.
