Responsibilities

• Must be 18+ years of age
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately
• A positive attitude and an eagerness to learn
• Team-oriented mindset dedicated to providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Use stomach and lower back muscles to support the body for long periods
• Capability of lifting a minimum of 15 lbs.

Essential Functions

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers in locating products that suit their needs while providing accurate product knowledge.
• Manage cash transactions, operate the register, and process payments accurately.
• Assist with inventory management, product demand, and report on items that are underperforming.
• Organize merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
• Stay informed about new products, services, and promotions.
• Participate in cleaning and restocking the store before opening, throughout the day, and after closing.
• Arrive punctually, complete tasks efficiently, and prioritize responsibilities, especially during peak periods.
• Maintain a neat appearance and adhere to the company's uniform standards.
• Function effectively in a noisy environment.
• Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and management, promoting a supportive and collaborative work atmosphere that enhances employee morale, productivity, and efficiency.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
