We are hiringand looking for agents that have an active P &C license and 1 year of P&C Sales experience in a high-performance setting. There will occasionally be inbound calls, however, the rest of the time, you will be calling the leads we give you. A great Insurance Rep can multitask daily while maintaining and keeping our ordering system in check. * You dread sharing and receiving feedback: Along the way, you will encounter challenges and opportunities and how you respond will forever mark your journey. We will ask you to look at each as a problem to solve, full-heartedly accept constant feedback from your team, and adapt as you go. Requirements * What you'll need to be considered: * P&C licensed in Nebraska. * 1+ years of insurance sales experience with proven production. * Previous experience with StateFarm OR Allstate is required. * Be a record-breaking seller with a P&C License. The more, the better! We pay top dollar for Rockstar's!
