Inside Sales Representative - Turn Conversations Into Long-Term Customers at Pest USA At Pest USA, we've been delivering trusted pest and termite control services since 1971. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Representative who's passionate about building relationships, closing deals, and helping people protect what matters most-their homes and businesses. In this role, you'll play a key part in our expansion by reaching out to new and existing clients, generating qualified sales appointments, and promoting our full range of services. From producing a high volume of outbound calls to nurturing client relationships, you'll be the voice of Pest USA to homeowners, builders, and real estate professionals in your territory. You'll work closely with our outside sales team to ensure leads are captured and followed through with consistency and care. Your success will come from your ability to listen, ask the right questions, and present tailored solutions that reflect the needs of each customer. Creativity in lead generation, along with a strong understanding of the local market, will be crucial to driving your growth. We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a desire to exceed expectations. You should be confident in your ability to engage potential clients and work collaboratively to turn prospects into loyal customers. Previous experience in pest or termite control is helpful, but not required-we're ready to invest in training someone who brings energy, ambition, and a can-do attitude. This position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed. You must also be able to pass a drug screening and criminal background check. You'll be expected to meet all regulatory licensing requirements, which we'll help you prepare for and maintain.
