Account Manager - Personal Lines Onsite | Quincy, MA Marchionne Insurance Are you passionate about helping people and delivering top-notch service? Marchionne Insurance, a growing family-owned agency in Quincy, MA, is seeking a personable and experienced Account Manager - Personal Lines to join our team. This is an onsite, customer-facing role supporting clients with their personal insurance needs, including home, auto, and umbrella coverage. What You 'll Do * Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines clients, providing responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly service * Manage day-to-day client needs including policy changes, coverage questions, renewals, billing inquiries, and claims support * Educate clients on coverage options and help ensure they have the protection that fits their lives * Proactively review accounts and recommend adjustments or enhancements to meet evolving needs. * Coordinate with insurance carriers and internal team members to process applications, resolve issues, and ensure smooth policy administration. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our agency management system. What We 're Looking For * 3+ years of related experience, ideally in insurance or financial services * Strong communication and customer service skills * Team-oriented, detail-focused, and solutions-driven * Insurance license is a plus, but not required--we're willing to support licensing for the right candidate Why Marchionne Insurance?
