As a Specialist, you will play a crucial role in contributing to our overall sales strategy. Duties * Conduct outbound calls to clients and banks. * Complete verification process for new customers. * Make collection calls to clients. * Process payments. * Negotiate terms of sale with clients while ensuring alignment with company policies. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for revenue growth. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and verification process. Experience * Strong skills in outbound calling. * Ability to close deals if needed. * A background in sales or related fields is advantageous. * Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
