As a Specialist, you will play a crucial role in contributing to our overall sales strategy.

Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to clients and banks.
• Complete verification process for new customers.
• Make collection calls to clients.
• Process payments.
• Negotiate terms of sale with clients while ensuring alignment with company policies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for revenue growth.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and verification process. Experience
• Strong skills in outbound calling.
• Ability to close deals if needed.
• A background in sales or related fields is advantageous.
