What You 'll Do:

• Meet Homeowners & Conduct Inspections - Educate property owners on the restoration process and help them navigate insurance claims.
• Generate Leads & Build Relationships - Knock doors, network, and turn conversations into commissions.
• Master the Sales Process - Attend weekly training sessions to sharpen your skills and increase your closing rate.
• Deliver Excellence - Provide top-notch customer service and ensure a smooth restoration experience for homeowners. What We 're Looking For:

• Valid Driver 's License & Reliable Transportation (Previous sales or construction experience is a plus, but not required! We will train the right candidate.) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
