Burton Carol Management, a Cleveland based property management company, is seeking a Leasing Professional for our Westlake communities. LEASING PROFESSIONAL Job Requirements: * A positive attitude and exceptional customer service * Skills for apartment leasing including property tours, processing applications, and working to maintain optimal occupancy * Maintaining tenant files and processing paperwork neatly and efficiently * Scheduling and processing tenant lease renewals * The position includes weekend hours. * Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager LEASING PROFESSIONAL Qualifications: * A history of successful sales - skills in connecting with people and demonstrating product benefits * Excellent customer service and organizational skills * Must have a High School diploma or Equivalent * Good energy level * Strong references LEASING PROFESSIONAL Compensation: * Competitive salary * Bonus potential Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Every weekend Work Location: In person
