Requirements

:

• A positive attitude and exceptional customer service
• Skills for apartment leasing including property tours, processing applications, and working to maintain optimal occupancy
• Maintaining tenant files and processing paperwork neatly and efficiently
• Scheduling and processing tenant lease renewals
• The position includes weekend hours.
• Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager LEASING PROFESSIONAL

Qualifications

:

• A history of successful sales - skills in connecting with people and demonstrating product benefits
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Must have a High School diploma or Equivalent
• Good energy level
• Strong references LEASING PROFESSIONAL

Compensation

:

• Competitive salary
• Bonus potential Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
