The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $X-Y at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications: This is What You Will do in This Role: * Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Amazon partners, acting as the primary point of contact * Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Amazon's retrofit projects, striving to enhance sales and profitability * Solution Delivery: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Dematic's solutions according to customer needs and objectives * Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans that align with Amazon's goals and Dematic's business objectives * Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or problems faced by Amazon to maintain trust and satisfaction * Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, progress, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders What We Are Looking For: * Experience: Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably within the automation or logistics industry * Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills , and the ability to establish relationships at all organizational levels * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Engineering * Knowledge: Familiarity with Amazon's operations and the retrofit business model is a plus. * Location: Based in Bellevue, WA, with the ability to travel as needed.
