Job Title: Sales Associate Location: Las Vegas, NV Join a leader in the global LED display industry, where innovation and customer service are at the forefront. We are seeking experienced Sales Associates to oversee our Reginal sales operations. This intermediate-level position is based out of our Las Vegas, NV location and offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with customers, as well as internal teams such as marketing and product development, to ensure exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Managing Director, the Sales Associates play vital roles in driving our business forward by delivering a seamless sales experience. Your responsibilities will include: * Building relationships with regular and prospective customers to showcase products, explain features, and generate orders. * Recommending solutions tailored to customer needs and interests, while answering inquiries about product specs, pricing, availability, and credit terms. * Preparing and presenting price quotes, delivery schedules, and contract details. * Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. * Resolving customer complaints related to sales or service, ensuring a smooth customer journey. * Managing staffing, training, and performance evaluations within sales programs. * Setting price schedules, discount rates, and reviewing operational records to forecast sales and profitability. * Monitoring customer preferences and market trends to adjust sales strategies. * Collaborating with department heads to plan advertising services and secure equipment specifications for clients. * Offering expert advice on equipment options, ensuring customers are informed and satisfied with their purchases. Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have: * 3-5 years of sales experience in the Entertainment Industry. * Familiarity with LED displays and live event production. * A strong ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs. * Knowledge of video technology and LED display products. * Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities, both written and verbal. * Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Preferred Skills: * BS Degree or Higher. * English proficiency. Pay Transparency: Salary for this position is competitive and will be based on experience.
