City Toyota is currently seeking an Automotive Sales Representative with a strong focus on product knowledge, who can clearly communicate product features to customers and assist them in finding the perfect vehicle. The Automotive Sales Representative position has average earnings of $55k-$150k+ with no limits on what you can achieve! If you feel that you are right for our team, please apply! Pay * The Automotive Sales Representative Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $17.00 and $20.00. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. Benefits * Health and vision care insurance coverage * 401k retirement program * Paid vacation, holidays, and sick days * Employee discounts Auto Sales Responsibilities * Conduct business in an ethical and professional matter * Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership * Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs * Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships, and help to enhance the sales process * Provide customers with accurate knowledge of differences in trim levels, available accessories and safety features. * Manage incoming email leads and set appointments for vehicle demonstrations and general email and text communication. * Communicate effectively with new car buyers/customers and according to their preferred method of communication, i.e. phone, email, or in person * Assist customers in the car selection and purchase decision process including test drives. Auto Sales Requirements * Valid CA driver's license * Clean driving record * Previous sales experience strongly preferred! * Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday * Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing * Self-starter and self-motivated * All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner * Excellent communication skills, bi-lingual is a plus!
