Salary Range : $17 hourly plus commission Key Responsibilities * Effectively communicate on a day-to-day basis with potential residents regarding building availability and tours * Orchestrate both new leases and lease renewals * Follow up with prospective residents * Assist in off-site and on-site marketing * Properly respond to any resident concerns * Meet with Property Manager on a daily basis to submit reports and review any ideas to assist with promoting leasing results * Provide support to other leasing consultantsSkills, Knowledge & Expertise * 2 years in sales or property management experience (Preferred) * Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and customer service skills * Committed to continuous learning to maintain up-to- date knowledges of rules, laws and regulations. * Ability to acquire knowledge of operating various computer functions and Property Management Software Systems Minimum Qualifications: * Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state Benefits * The company offers an array of outstanding health and wellness benefits starting the first of the month after 30 days of service.
