Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Closer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, particularly in energy or solar sales. As a Closer, you will play a crucial role in converting leads into satisfied customers by effectively negotiating and closing sales. This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Duties * Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Negotiate terms and close sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to build long-term relationships. * Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products. * Collaborate with technical sales teams to address customer inquiries and provide necessary product information. Requirements * Proven experience in solar sales * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply but not required * A passion for renewable energy and commitment to promoting sustainable solutions. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
