Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Closer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, particularly in energy or solar sales. As a Closer, you will play a crucial role in converting leads into satisfied customers by effectively negotiating and closing sales. This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Duties

• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to build long-term relationships.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
• Collaborate with technical sales teams to address customer inquiries and provide necessary product information.

Requirements

• Proven experience in solar sales
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply but not required
• A passion for renewable energy and commitment to promoting sustainable solutions.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
