Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a focus on providing exceptional experiences for prospective tenants.

Duties

- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and highlight key features - Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Assist in the completion of lease agreements and related paperwork - Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional services or amenities - Maintain organized leasing records and update property listings - Collaborate with the property management team to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications

- Previous experience in property leasing or a related field is preferred - Proficiency in administrative tasks and office software - Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships - Knowledge of Section 8 housing programs is a plus - Ability to negotiate contracts and handle lease agreements effectively - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Familiarity with facilities management practices If you are a motivated individual with a passion for real estate and customer service, we invite you to apply for the Leasing Consultant position.
