Position Summary

As a member of our Estate Liquidation Crew, you'll help families and fiduciaries throughout Las Vegas Metro prepare, stage, market, and sell personal property--and, when applicable, assist with realestate-related tasks. Working under a Lead Liquidator, you'll catalog assets, set up onsite estate sales, guide buyers on sale days, and coordinate postsale cleanouts. Candidates who already hold a Nevada Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license (or are willing to earn one swiftly) are especially valuable; licensed team members may help with property showings and basic transaction support. Responsibilities

Key Activities

• 30 % Inventory & Cataloging - Sort, research, photograph, and log household goods, collectibles, vehicles, tools, and more for pricing and marketing.
• 25 % Staging & Sale Setup - Arrange furniture and display small items for optimal buyer flow; set up signage, pricing labels, and cashier stations; ensure pathways are safe and accessible.
• 15 % Customer Service & Sales - Welcome buyers, answer questions, process payments (cash, card, or mobile), and assist with loading purchases.
• 10 % Marketing Support - Draft item descriptions, upload photos, share listings on estatesale platforms and social media; licensed staff may post to MLS as allowed.
• 10 % RealEstate Support (licensed only)- Coordinate showings, gather disclosures, and liaise with title, escrow, or attorneys.
• 5 % PostSale CleanOut - Box or donate unsold items, arrange charity pickups, coordinate recycling/disposal, and leave premises broomclean.
• 5 % Admin & Compliance - Maintain inventories, sales logs, and chainofcustody forms; follow privacy and security protocols.

Minimum Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED.
• Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work indoors/outdoors in desert or variable weather.
• Basic computer/smartdevice skills (Google Workspace or MS Office, pointofsale apps).
• Professional communication skills and empathy when dealing with grieving families.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Nevada Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Prior experience in estate sales, realestate support, auctions, antiques, or retail merchandising.
• Knowledge of antiques, collectibles, or pricing/valuation methods. Schedule &

Typical schedule: Wednesday-Sunday, 30-40 hrs/week when work is available + Hourly pay $15-21 DOE + higher starting rate for Nevadalicensed agents. Job Type: Contract Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week Schedule:
