Business Development Representative - Internet Car Buying Department $40,000 - $90,000 / Year | Lewisville, TX | Hot Leads Provided! Are you a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment? Maverick Motors is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Internet Car Buying Department. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for vehicle sellers, setting 10+ daily appointments for our Field Buying Agents and managing a live scheduling calendar to ensure a seamless process.

Responsibilities

: Contact and engage with vehicle sellers via phone, email, and online inquiries. Explain Maverick Motors ' car buying process and address seller questions. Set 10+ daily appointments for field buyers based on availability and territory. Coordinate and update a live scheduling calendar for field representatives. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM. Collaborate with the acquisitions team to maximize appointment conversions. What We 're Looking For: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or BDC (Business Development Center). Strong phone communication and negotiation skills. Ability to multi-task and manage high call volumes. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and scheduling skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and appointment-setting processes. A results-driven mindset with a goal of 10+ appointments per day.
