Employee Duties & Responsibilities: 1) Assists in admin needs of store manager. Customer follow-ups, communication, organization of CRM, etc. 2) Advises customer on coordination of accessories based on knowledge of current fashions. 3) Answers questions relating to fabrics quality of merchandise. 4) Performs other duties as described under Salesperson; Sales Assistant 5) Product preparation and delivery. * Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. * Manage own time and the time of others. * Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. * Strong organizational and communication skills Report to Pedro Marrufo , Manager Job Type: Part-time for training then Full-time Pay: $15.00 per hour Plus commission Benefits: * Paid training * Flexible schedule Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends Rotating License/Certification: * Driver's License (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Las Vegas, NV 89119 Work Location: In person Summary As a Sales Assistant, you will be integral to delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales growth.
