Responsibilities

:

• Handle all sales leads that come into our dealership through our CRM and other lead generation sources in a timely and accurate manner via email, text and phone
• Maintain contact to with both new incoming and existing leads
• Work closely with our sales managers and sales team to generate these leads into appointments and ultimately sales
• Communicate effectively with all prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, email or text following our preset contact schedule
• Have thorough knowledge of the dealerships extensive new and used inventory
• Other duties as assigned BDC Representative

Requirements

:

• Must have excellent communication skills
• Customer Service Experience required
• Previous BDC, sales, or call center experience required
• Good computer skills are a must
• Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, self-starter with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Professional personal appearance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
