Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining positive relationships with current and prospective residents. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others find their ideal living space. Duties * Assist prospects in finding suitable rental properties by understanding their needs and preferences. * Conduct property tours and showcase available units, highlighting features and amenities. * Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately. * Maintain accurate files and records related to leasing activities, including contracts and tenant information. * Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing tenant concerns. * Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards. * Utilize property management software such as OneSite for tracking applications, leases, and tenant communications. * Stay informed about local laws and regulations related to property leasing to ensure compliance. Qualifications * Previous experience in property leasing or customer service is preferred. * Knowledge of laws related to property management and leasing practices is a plus. * Familiarity with property maintenance processes and facilities management is advantageous. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer relationship management. * Proficient in using office software and property management systems like OneSite. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
