Job Title: Director of Sales Location: Moorestown, NJ | Full-Time | In-Office/Hybrid Employer: Amber Cruse Realty Group Employment Type: W-2 Employee (healthcare benefits NOT included) Job Summary Amber Cruse Realty Group is seeking an experienced and driven Director of Sales to lead and elevate our high-performing luxury real estate team. This individual will implement strategies to increase productivity, coach agents to achieve their goals, and maintain the elevated standards expected by our luxury clients. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in real estate sales leadership, a passion for team development, and an understanding of the nuances required to serve clients at the highest level. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Leadership * Develop and implement a forward-thinking sales strategy aligned with company goals for Buyer 's Division of Amber Cruse Realty Group. Naturally having an infectious positive-mindset and personality in a demanding work environment. * Monitor team sales targets; provide data-driven guidance, training, and systems to ensure success * Identify growth opportunities within the luxury real estate market and exclusive niches * Streamline and optimize sales processes for maximum performance and client experience for Buyer 's Agents of Amber Cruse Realty Group Team Management & Development * Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent in the luxury real estate space * Lead weekly sales meetings, coaching sessions, and accountability check-ins. This includes planning, implementing, and leading lead generation power hours/days, door knocking and mentoring, cold calling, script practice and role play with the agents weekly. Redirecting or correcting any inappropriate behavior in a professional manner. * Cultivate a culture of excellence, positive energy, collaboration, and innovation and a loyal member to ACRG. * Deliver ongoing training, accountability, and leadership development to elevate buyer 's agent performance * Onboard buyer 's specialists of ACRG and manage the 30/60/90 day training process. * Become the go-to for agents ' needs on a day-to-day basis. This includes but is not limited to: answering phone calls, text messages, or emails in a timely manner which may be after business hours, managing challenges and guiding agents through their sales process. Reviewing contracts, teaching contracts, assisting with overseeing contract negotiations, offering strategies, client calls and communication as needed. Helping "put any fires out". Manage buyer's specialists' needs. * Providing training for ACRG on various topics throughout the year. Collaborating with the CEO, Director or Operations, Director of Client Experience on administrative calls weekly. Client Relations & Business Development * Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and industry partners * Lead/Train high-value buyer 's consultations, negotiations, and closings alongside licensed buyer's specialists. * Collaborate with marketing to execute elevated campaigns for luxury clients * Represent ACRG at exclusive networking events and industry conferences Market Intelligence & Performance Reporting * Stay ahead of market trends, economic shifts, areas of opportunity for growth * Generate detailed performance reports and forecasting for executive leadership * Utilize CRM and analytics tools to optimize conversion rates and sales effectiveness Qualifications & Requirements * Proven success in a senior sales role within the luxury real estate industry * Active real estate license in NJ with 3+ years experience (a must); PA (a bonus) * Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of building top-performing teams. Must be a self-motivated, self-starter. * Exceptional negotiation and client relationship skills, particularly with high net-worth individuals * Expertise in CRM platforms, analytics tools, and modern sales technologies * Comfortable with public speaking, networking, and attending high-level events * A passion for team success, brand excellence, and luxury service delivery * 40+ hours per week with mandatory in-office days & some weekends or evenings. Must be flexible. Compensation & Benefits * Employment Status: W-2 employee (Please note: Health insurance benefits are not provided) * Base Salary: $50,000 annually (based on a 40-hour, in-office/hybrid workweek) with the potential for over $100,000+ total income package * Commission & Bonus Structure: Competitive, performance-based incentives tied to individual and team success * Sales: Director of Sales will be able to represent a limited amount of buyers/year. * Referral incentives * Exclusive access to luxury real estate perks and events * Leadership development, training opportunities, and advancement potential * Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued at 1 hour per every 30 hours worked, with annual rollover Ideal Candidate Profile This position is ideal for someone looking to pivot from high-volume hustle to meaningful leadership.
