B2B Customer Account Coordinator / Order Entry Clerk Customer Service Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - to 5 PM Customer Service Pay: $20-$24 Customer Account Coordinator Responsibilities: * Performs order entry, takes in orders, confirms with customers, resolves errors * Enters and maintains customer information * Processes returns, provides copies to customers, maintains returns files * Answers phone & distributes calls where applicable * Prepares quotes for customers as backup to sales team * Maintains international customer documentation * Takes incoming calls, provides administrative support for the sales area Customer Account Coordinator Experience Required * ERP system experience and computer skills * Math skills * Clear, concise & professional when speaking to customers * Flexible and adaptable * Computer skills & Math skills For immediate consideration please call 860-[please apply online] or email [please apply online] Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * Morning shift Work Location: In person
